We aim to dispatch your products within 1 working day. Once dispatched, the order becomes the couriers responsibility and we are not responsible for lost items or mistakes made by the courier. However, if you contact us a member of our team will do our best and help locate your product.

 

We hope you love your product but understand if you would like to return it. We only accept returns on our tops, not on our swimwear products for hygiene purposes. Please email us at info@burulubikini.com and include your order number, product type and reason for return. You are able to make a return within 10 days after placing your order. 

Please note that we do not cover the return fee. You can ship with any courier though we recommend using tracked delivery so your item doesn't get lost. We may request proof of postage so or tracking details when considering a return. 

 

If you are happy with the product but want to make an exchange in sizing please email info@burulubikini.com with your order number, current item and which item you would like to exchange for. 

You are able to make an exchange within 10 days after placing your order.
